Lauren Brown

Owner Level 2 Trainer

Lauren has been living and breathing CrossFit for over 10 years, and it’s this love for the sport that led her to gym ownership nearly 5 years ago. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping others achieve their goals, she has been coaching since 2018, bringing both expertise and boundless enthusiasm to every class. As a Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, Lauren is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in creating an environment where both the community and athletes thrive.

Known for her energy and motivational spirit, Lauren leads the early morning sessions where she challenges her athletes to push beyond their limits and unlock their full potential. Whether it’s offering guidance on technique or providing that extra push when it’s needed most, Lauren is always there to support her community.

When she’s not in the gym, Lauren enjoys spending quality time outdoors, camping and exploring nature with her husband and son. She’s a firm believer in the importance of balance, and for Lauren, there’s nothing better than taking a break from the gym to enjoy the beauty of the world around her.

Keenan Montgomery

Owner Level 2 Trainer

Keenan is a passionate CrossFit coach and owner with almost 10 years of experience in the sport. His journey began when he first discovered CrossFit and was immediately captivated by the intensity, the sense of community, and the opportunity to push physical and mental limits.

Over the years, his love for the sport has grown exponentially, and he has dedicated his career to helping others experience the same transformative power CrossFit brought into his own life. His expertise in coaching is complemented by his commitment to continually growing his knowledge of functional fitness and wellness, ensuring that every client receives the best possible guidance and support.

Keenan focuses on creating an inclusive, motivating, and results-driven environment for athletes of all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned competitor, he tailors each workout to meet individual needs, helping clients build strength, endurance, and confidence. What sets Keenan apart is his genuine passion for seeing people achieve their goals and surpass their limits. He believes that every person is capable of more than they realize, and his coaching style is rooted in empowering individuals to push through barriers and unlock their true potential.

Greg Brown

Level 2 Trainer

Greg has been immersed in the world of CrossFit for over a decade, dedicating the last two years to coaching at CODE 541. Prior to that, he spent four years coaching at his home box in Southern California. Greg’s passion for CrossFit shines through in everything he does, combining his knowledge and experience to inspire athletes of all levels. He holds both his Level 2 Trainer and Gymnastics Course Certificates, bringing a wealth of expertise to the gym.

Greg leads the two Saturday morning classes and frequently fills in during his time off from his full-time job of teaching 4th grade. When he can, he plans some "fun warm-up games" for classes, and there is a good chance you will hear some 80s Rock tunes on his class playlist.

Greg enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and dog, Shiloh during his time away from the gym.

Rachael Cassidy

Level 3 Trainer

Rachael discovered CrossFit in 2011 in her hometown on the east coast of Australia, and it was love at first sight when she attended her first Saturday Hero WOD. Since then, CrossFit has been a constant presence in her life, supporting her through chronic injuries, three pregnancies and postpartums, multiple international relocations, and all the ups and downs in between.

Inspired to deepen her knowledge, Rachael pursued CrossFit education in 2018 and went on to coach in both Australia and the US. She earned her CCFT in Bend in November 2024. Rachael loves learning from and being part of the incredible CrossFit community, feeling lucky to contribute to CODE 541’s growth and success. Outside the gym, Rachael is often traveling with her husband and three young boys.

Jon Sustaita

Level 2 Trainer

CrossFit has been a driving force in Jon’s life since 2015, starting as an enthusiastic gym-goer and quickly evolving into a dedicated competitor. His passion for fitness and personal growth led him to begin coaching in 2017, where he’s been able to share his expertise and experience with others ever since.

Jon is an L2 CrossFit Trainer and holds certifications from the CrossFit Gymnastics Course and Catalyst Athletics Olympic Weightlifting, making him well-rounded in his approach to coaching.

Jon can be found coaching CODE 541’s specialty classes, leading Saturday morning gymnastics sessions, and occasionally running CrossFit classes. He is deeply passionate about helping athletes not only reach their fitness goals but also develop new skills, push past plateaus, and ignite their competitive spirit.

Jaye Gibb

Level 2 Trainer

Jaye has been passionate about CrossFit for 10 years. She loves the constant challenges, the variety of movements, and the strong sense of community at CODE 541. Whether she’s coaching early morning classes or teaching virtually, Jaye’s infectious energy and enthusiasm are always on display.

Holding her Level 2 certification, Jaye brings not only her knowledge but a genuine excitement to every class. You can catch her on the schedule early mornings, and if you’re lucky, you might spot her on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, still smiling, energized, and ready to cheer you on in your fitness journey.

With a passion for helping others reach their goals, Jaye is more than just a coach – she’s a constant source of motivation and support. Her commitment to your success is matched only by her love for making fitness fun!

Sierra Powell

Level 1 Trainer

Sierra is a passionate CrossFit coach with a Level 1 certification, dedicated to helping others push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. Whether coaching through tough workouts or pushing herself in the gym, Sierra brings energy, enthusiasm, and valuable guidance to every class.

Her love for CrossFit extends beyond training; it’s a lifestyle rooted in discipline, strength, and community. With a commitment to empowering others, Sierra inspires athletes of all levels to reach their full potential while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
