If you decide to rejoin us in the future (and we’d love to have you back), please note that the membership rates in effect at that time will apply, as rates are subject to change.
If you’re considering pausing your membership instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. However, if you’re certain about canceling, please fill out and submit the form on this page. This will serve as your 30 day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment that falls within this 30 day period, that payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will remain active through the end of the final billing cycle.
For example: If cancellation notice is given on September 25th and your membership bills on October 1st, your membership dues will be processed on October 1st and you will have membership access until October 31st.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do!) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
